Property Description
This is a luxurious Hostel as the large kitchen, lounge, and bedrooms have been maintained and not converted into more rooms. Therefore, there are only three private rooms and a small amount of guests share the common use of the lounge, balcony, and kitchen. The owner´s wish is that the client has a pleasurable stay.
Rooms available to the general public who are respectful of other people with noise levels at night and with one´s general behavior.
Offering a spacious and luminous all exterior Beach/Formula 1 flat. 500m walk to the beach and the excellent bars and restaurants found there. 100m from the America's cup marina. Tram and metro very nearby. Next door to Casa Montana, internationally famous Bodega. Local markets close by.
This flat is bright, charming, spacious, as it the upper floor flat in the block.
It is close to the beach and America's Cup marina, City of Sciences, and the new Formula 1 race track. Internationally famous Casa Montana is literally 20 metres from the doorstep offering the best tapas and wines in Valencia.
Advanced dinner reservations can be arranged on confirmation of rental, so as to avoid disappointment as Casa Montana is often busy. The tram is 100 metres away, and the metro a short walking distance. The city centre is only 10-15 minutes by bus. The airport 8km away and 20 euro cab journey straight to door.
Shared lounge and kitchen. Two very large and one medium sized double rooms.
Prices for the double rooms:
35 euro per person. If you are not a couple we can provide you in most cases with a single mattress to be used on the floor as well if so desired.
Three people in a room 95 euro. The difference can be settled upon arrival as the website only allows you to book for two people. Single mattress available (if you book a double and there are three of you) to be used on the floor, or an inflattable double mattress also is available.
Wi-fi available. Kitchen fully equiped. Lounge with television. One shared bathroom.
Not suitable for elderly as there is no lift and many stairs to climb.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner available on request.
There is no 24hr service, late arrivals after 11pm pay an extra 15 euro.
